"We would like to express our sincere thanks and gratitude for the amount of appreciation shown toward military members by the Sirata Beach Resort! We have been an active duty military family for nearly twelve years and have endured many of the hardships associated with being a military family. When a company like the Sirata Beach Resort opens their doors to military members and their families it makes the load just a bit more bearable. On Monday May 28th our family enjoyed a delightful free night courtesy of the Sirita Beach Resorts appreciation for the military. I am writing to tell you how remarkable the room was as well as how courteous, friendly, and accommodating the staff at the resort is. Everything was absolutely amazing and more then we could have hoped for. Our family made use of most of the amenities offered at the resort including the three beautiful pools and spa areas, the playground for the children, the kid zone with arcade games and more, as well as the delectable food offered at the different restaurants in the resort. We were able to check-in and have all of our needs met without ever having to leave the resort! This meant we were able to enjoy more time as a family, especially with the magnificent beachfront room. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for taking the lead in military appreciation and thank you for the wonderful family adventure! "Since we have 2 young children, we loved being able to walk out of the hotel and be right on the beach or go to either of the 2 onsite pools. There were many other families staying at the hotel, so our kids were able to find other kids to play with on the beach, at the pool and at the playground. We loved the view from out beach side balcony. The location is great and is an easy drive to other FL area locations. The price for the quality of the stay was very reasonable." - Clara, January 2012

My family just this evening returned to St. Louis from a 5 night stay at your resort. We cannot thank you enough for making it an amazing experience for all four of us. This was my boys' first visit to the beach and your staff made it absolutely, incredibly memorable. We cannot wait to return. Our room was everything we imagined and more so. It was so nice to have ample room for the four of us to feel like we had our own space; and the view from our room was indescribably beautiful.

What tiny problems did arise during our visit, (an overflowing coffee pot, a toaster that I thought was broken, but I later found out, I just didn't know how to operate it!, a blanket that had gotten wet on the beach and I wanted to replace it for the night) were resolved within 15 minutes....Amazing!
On more than one occassion, we would return from our day's activites, and I would find that my dirty breakfast dishes had been washed, dried, and put away. This was not at all expected, but was so apprecitaed! As a busy mom, I frequently rush out the door to my day's activities fully expecting to return to my sink full of dirty dishes at the end of my day. Your staff truly made it feel like a vacation when I would return to a clean "home" complete with clean dishes.
My kids are already asking when we can return. I hope that our finances will allow the answer to be "very soon". Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

"All I can say is AWESOME!!! We selected the Sirata as our destination wedding venue from our lovely home in Atlanta from the internet...after discussions with our Catering Manager Kelli Love we decided to go with the Sirata...we have no complaints. We arrived on aWednesday and was greeted by Kelli and able to tour the locations for the ceremonyand the reception, seeing everything for the first time and we were verypleased. We had our rehearsal, or as I called it meet & greet at the rumrunner pool on the property and working with Caroline to set that up was soeasy...almost too easy..Just everything was perfect! The day of our wedding Kelli was amazing helping our wedding coordinator with all last minute details and just her calming spirit is great for any bride! The resort is awesome...the beach location for the ceremony was great, security made sure no one just camewalking though the middle of our ceremony...everyone was directed to the ballroom. Our names were in lights (or on the tv screens) to tell everyonewhere the event was. Rooms were great....Sirata did their best to ensure thatall of our guests were close to each other and that was another great thing!!! "We chose Sirata based on their Royal Palm Ballroom and menu choices. We searched the entire coast from Clearwater to St Pete Beach because our church/ceremony would be in Clearwater Beach but we couldn't get over the views from the Royal Palm Ballroom (8th floor, floor to ceiling windows with views of the Gulf, Skyway Bridge, Tampa and Tampa Bay). " On the survey not only would I put "Excellent" on every section --I would also put "Wonderful"! When my only daughter, Kimber decided to get married in St. Petersburg and have her reception at the Sirata, I was hesitant because we were over two hours away and was not sure how plans would be carried out. After meeting Melanie, she was so professional and personable, I felt very secure making plans for the reception there. She was so helpful in every aspect of the reception. Kimber being my only daughter and first wedding, Melanie was only a phone call away to sooth over any concerns. She set up our food tasting session with the food service director and both were very helpful.
We were so happy with the presentation of the Sirata, we decided to host everything there. Not only did we have the reception there; we had the rehearsal dinner, the bride's breakfast and the next day we hosted the post-wedding breakfast at the Sirata. Everything turned out wonderful. The staff is so professional from those preparing the food, decorations, to the servers. The night of the reception, I had given the food service people the wrong box that was suppose to contain the serving pieces for the cake cutting. Instead of concerning me with the problem during the reception, they borrowed another set and the reception went on without a hitch and I never knew about it till it was over. Talk about professionalism, I would have been a nervous wreck had I known about the problem. I can't compliment them enough how things turned out. I, along with our guests, were pleased how helpful and personal your front desk, bell men, and those that cleaned rooms were. They made the stay even more enjoyable. Our friends and family had such a wonderful experience at the Sirata they have suggested meeting there next year for a week-end or week reunion. We are looking forward to it!
