Book 7-21 days prior to arrival and save 10%
Book 22-44 days prior to arrival and save 15%
Book 45+ days prior to arrival and save 20%

All Prepaid Non-refundable rates require a valid CC.  If the CC is the guests, Sirata is charging those reservations at the time of booking for all night's room and tax.  Invalid credit cards or credit cards that cannot authorize for the full room and tax for all nights will be automatically cancelled and cannot be reinstated.  No grace period, no exceptions as a valid credit card is a requirement at time of booking.
Once booked, prepaid non-refundable reservations cannot be moved, changed, modified nor extended.
